1. a) A map of the Control Authority area with detailed information as to type and location of noxious weeds.
2. b) Suggested eradication or control methods for each infestation.
3. c) Information and dates for general weed notices.
4. d) Suggested budget for year with justification, including state and federal cooperation when and where applicable.
5. e) Calendar of events for year.
6. f) Other material pertinent to the Act and program.

Prior to December 31 of each year, each weed control superintendent shall prepare and submit to the Control Authority, with a copy to the Director, a comprehensive work plan for the coming calendar year. The plan shall include:
