Release of Livestock for Interstate Shipment
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Livestock Auction Market Law [225 ILCS 640] and Section 205-410 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 205/205-410].DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
No livestock sold at a livestock auction market for interstate shipment shall be released until the shipment complies with the requirements of the state to which it is to be shipped.
