Penalties for Noncompliance
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Water Use Act of 1983 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 5, par. 1601 et seq., as amended by P.A. 85-905, effective November 18, 1987, and P.A. 85-483, effective September 17, 1987) and authorized by Section 16 of The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 127, par. 16).DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
Penalties for noncompliance with the Act shall be as set forth in Section 7 of the Act.
