AUTHORITY: Implementing section 1401(1)(D) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 USC 300f(1)(D)), subpart C of the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (40 CFR 141.21 through 141.30 (2014)), the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5] and the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 5], and authorized by Section 4(o) and (p) of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act and Sections 2310-575, 2310-580, and 2310-30 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law [20 ILCS 2310].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
Representatives of the Department shall not waive the right to seek recovery for injuries incurred while inspecting an environmental laboratory facility.
