In no case shall the staffing ratio in a crisis stabilization unit be less than 3.6 hours of direct care for each consumer. (Section 2-102(1) of the Act) For the purposes of this Section, "on site" means being in the crisis stabilization unit within a facility. The unit determines the work hours of the employee.
