1. a) Type of activities within the existing building and distribution of existing beds
2. b) Type of construction of existing building and number of stories.
3. c) Plans and details showing attachment of new construction to the existing structure and mechanical systems.
4. d) Exits including details and distances when related to the addition.

Procedures and requirements for working drawings and specifications shall be followed as set forth in Sections 330.2880 through 330.3030; and in addition, the following information shall be submitted:
