Pest Control Course Evaluation
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Structural Pest Control Act [225 ILCS 235], Illinois Pesticide Act [415 ILCS 60] and Sections 3.2 and 14.6 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/3.2 and 14.6].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
The Department may evaluate an approved pest control course, after written notification, to determine the level of on-going effectiveness of the past control course.
