Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 910.5
This Part is promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health to implement the Field Sanitation Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 111½, par. 5901 et seq.). The Act and this Field Sanitation Code sets forth the sanitary conditions for "every farm operation ... when ten or more workers are employed." (Section 4 of the Act). These sanitary conditions include requirements for toilet, drinking water and handwashing facilities for agricultural workers.
