Utilization of Community Resources

- a) The Illinois Medical Assistance Program.
- b) Local Health Departments.
- c) Neighborhood Health Centers.
- d) Local Child Development Clinics.
- e) Division of Services for Crippled Children.
- f) Local Hospitals.
- g) Local Children and Family Services Programs.
- h) Local Schools.
- i) Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
- j) Regional Perinatal Centers.
- k) Local Early Intervention Programs for Infants and Toddlers with Handicaps.
- l) Other related social service agencies.
It shall be the responsibility of each project director to coordinate the services provided through the project with other sources or care in the community, such as:
