Change in BASSET Program Director or Services

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3-12(a)(2) and (11.1) of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 [235 ILCS 5/3-12(a)(2) and (11.1)].LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION

All programs shall notify the Commission, in writing, within five working days when there is a new program director or any change in services.
