Non-Transferability of License
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3-12(a)(2) and (11.1) of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 [235 ILCS 5/3-12(a)(2) and (11.1)].LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION
A license shall be valid only for the program named in the application for licensure. A license is not transferable or assignable to any new owner.
