Health Care Facility and Program Survey Fund
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 55.82 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2310/55.82].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
The fees received by the Department under this Part shall be deposited into the Health Care Facility and Program Survey Fund in the State Treasury. (Section 55.82 of the Act)
