Resident Record Requirements
AUTHORITY: Alternative Health Care Delivery Act [210 ILCS 3].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
a) Medical records;
b) Preadmission screening results;
c) Resident initial and ongoing assessment results;
d) Records pertaining to residents' property; and
e) Comprehensive care plan.
The facility shall maintain resident records that are accessible to service providers. Confidentiality of residents' medical records shall be ensured. Records shall include, but are not limited to:
