1. a) Possess a valid Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certificate or waiver for those tests performed by the facility (42 CFR 493; Regulations Implementing the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA)).
2. b) Have a written agreement with a laboratory that possesses a valid CLIA certificate or waiver to perform any required laboratory procedures that are not performed in the ASTC.
