1. a) Planning Area: The area of Illinois south of Interstate Highway 70
2. b) Age Groups: All ages
3. c) Occupancy Targets: Modernization/Establishment 70% or higher
4. d) Bed Capacity: No more than 12 beds per residence
5. e) Need Determination: One model for the State of Illinois
6. f) Beds approved for this model shall be inventoried as Community-Based Residential Rehabilitation Center beds.
