1. a) Compliance with the Act and this Part;

2. b) Conducting lead inspections in accordance with Section 845.210;

   1. c) Conducting final clearance evaluations in accordance with Section 845.225;

3. d) Using procedures that:

   1. 1) Ensure the safety of the occupants of the regulated facility; and
   2. 2) Control dust and debris produced during lead inspections; and

4. e) Submitting quarterly reports to the Department identifying:

   1. 1) The number of lead inspections conducted, including the addresses of the regulated facilities; and
   2. 2) The number of final clearance evaluations conducted for lead mitigation and lead abatement projects, including the addresses of the regulated facilities; and
5. f) Maintaining records required by Section 845.230.

Any individual conducting lead inspections in regulated facilities in Illinois is required to be licensed as a lead inspector in accordance with the Act and Section 845.125. The licensed lead inspector is responsible for the following:
