Adequate Sanitary Facilities and Accommodations
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act [410 ILCS 620].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
Each plant shall be equipped with adequate sanitary facilities and accommodations including, but not limited to, the requirements of Sections 730.5010 through 730.5060.
