No person shall engage in the wholesale handling of shellfish, or operate or conduct an establishment for shipping, post-harvest processing, shucking, repacking or wet storage of shellfish, except in compliance with the requirements of the Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish 2023 Revision.
