Use and Purpose of Grant Funds
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Division 5-25 of the Counties Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 34, par. 5-25001 et seq.) [55 ILCS 5]; the Public Health District Act (Ill. Rev. Local Health Department Development Grant funds are provided by the Department and shall be used solely for expenses associated with the establishment and certification of a local health department, pursuant to Section 600.210 of the Certified Local Health Department Code.
