Eligibility

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Division 5-25 of the Counties Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 34, par. 5-25001 et seq.) [55 ILCS 5]; the Public Health District Act (Ill. Rev. A board of health may apply for a Local Health Department Development Grant anytime after the effective date of this Part if the local health department under the board of health's jurisdiction is Provisionally Certified by the Department.
