- a) The hospital administrator may, in cooperation with the medical staff and respective department heads, formulate documents of procedures so that the hospital or hospital health system relationships are systematized and standardized.
- b) When appropriate, this documentation shall contain a statement of policy and procedure regarding routine testing, including laboratory and medical imaging examinations.
