Applicability

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 10.7 of the Illinois Lottery Law [20 ILCS 1605/10.7], Section 4.3 of the Illinois Bingo License and Tax Act [230 ILCS 25/4.3], Section 8.1 of the Illinois Gaming Act [230 ILCS 30/8.1], Section 34.1 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act [230 ILCS 5/34.1] and Section 13.1 of the Riverboat Gambling Act [230 ILCS 10/13.1].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES

This Part shall apply to the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASA) related to its responsibility to provide text and/or signs concerning assistance for compulsive gambling to the Illinois Department of the Lottery, the Illinois Department of Revenue, the Illinois Racing Board and the Illinois Gaming Board.
