- a) Applications will be accepted initially between October 1 and October 31 of each year. Applications will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
- b) If all recommendations for waivers are not made from the applications received between October 1 and October 31, applications will be accepted again between January 1 and January 31 and between April 1 and April 30, if necessary. Applications will not be accepted after the submission deadlines.
