AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing section 338I(a)-(i) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254q-1(a)-(i)), 42 CFR 62, National Health Service Corps Scholarship and Loan Repayment Programs and Section 4.10 of the Underserved Health Care Provider Workforce Act [110 ILCS 935].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

The provisions of the Freedom of Information Act shall apply to this Part.
