Open Fires
Effective Oct 29, 19804 Ill. Reg. 45AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Campground Licensing and Recreational Area Act [210 ILCS 95].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
All open fires in recreational areas shall be at least ten feet from buildings, vehicles or tents.
