Testing, Treatment or Counseling of Minors

Any person 12 years of age or older who may have come in contact with any STI may consent to testing and to medical care and/or counseling related to the diagnosis and/or treatment of such STI. (Section 4 of the Consent by Minors to Medical Procedure Act)
