1. a) SUBJECT. This Subpart establishes:

   1. 1) the basic policies, procedures and guidelines concerning the taking of depositions by State Auditors and Special Assistant Auditors;
   2. 2) the procedure for a service of a Notice of Deposition.
2. b) AUTHORITY. Sections 2-12(c)(1) and (3), ISAA [30 ILCS 5/2-12(c)(1) and (3)].

3. c) INCORPORATIONS. The following materials are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Subpart:

   1. 1) Standards of Construction for Rules (Subpart A of this Part).
   2. 2) Definitions (Subpart B of this Part).

5. e) EFFECTIVE DATE. This Subpart becomes effective on December 13, 1979.
