1. a) Enroll public agencies that meet the participation requirements set forth in Section 740.400;
2. b) Provide participant accounting services;
3. c) Provide custodial services to participants;
4. d) Provide customer service;
5. e) Provide transfer agent and recordkeeping services;
6. f) Provide training;
7. g) Retain copies of participant documents; and
8. h) Provide sufficient reporting capabilities to the Treasurer and to participants.

The custodian bank is responsible for the day-to-day management of IPTIP and will perform the following:
