Dismissal for Refusal to Accept Settlement Offer
AUTHORITY: Implementing Articles 3, 6 and 7B, and authorized by Section 7-101(A), of the Illinois Human Rights Act [775 ILCS 5/Arts. 3, 6 and 7B and 7-101(A)].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
The Department may dismiss a charge pursuant to Section 7B-103(D) of the Act if complainant voluntarily agrees in writing to such dismissal.
