Hold Harmless Provision

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 65 of the Military Code of Illinois (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 129, par. 220.65, as amended by P.A. 85-1241, effective August 30, 1988).DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS

All lessees, except State and Federal agencies or military units, will be required to enter into "hold harmless" agreements to provide for indemnification of the State of Illinois or its agents and employees.
