Conveyances by Quitclaim Deed

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 22-2 through 22-6 of "AN ACT to establish a Military and Naval Code for the State of Illinois and to establish in the Executive Branch of the State Government a principal department which shall be known as the Military and Naval Department, State of Illinois, and to repeal an Act therein named" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1984 Supp., ch. 129, pars. 220.22-2 through 220.22-6).DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS

a) Restrictive covenants heretofore of record;
b) Mineral exceptions and reservations heretofore of record;
c) Easements heretofore of record, or visible;
d) Acts done or permitted to be done by Buyer;
e) Zoning laws and ordinances; and
f) Rights of parties in possession.

All conveyances will be by quitclaim deed and subject only to:
