1. a) Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) examination;
2. b) Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Community Association Management Exam (COMEXM); or
3. c) An examination approved by the Department.

Pursuant to Section 1445.30(a)(4), a community association manager applicant shall successfully complete and pass at least one of the following examinations:
