1. a) Words in the singular form shall be deemed to include the plural, words in the masculine form shall be deemed to include the feminine form, and vice versa, as the case may require.

2. b) The definitions for this Part shall be as set forth in the general definitions Section (8 Ill. Adm. Code 20.1). Also, the following definition shall apply to this Part:

   "Act" means the Illinois Feeder Swine Dealer Licensing Act [225 ILCS 620].
