AUTHORITY: Implementing the Professional Geologist Licensing Act [225 ILCS 745] and authorized by Section 60(7) of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2105/60(7)].DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
The examination for licensure as a professional geologist shall be an examination authorized by the Department which tests an applicant's qualifications to practice professional geology in Illinois.
