1. a) Each applicant for a certification as a roofing contractor shall obtain, and maintain for the duration of such certification, public liability and property damage insurance in the minimum amount and form specified below:

   1. 1) $250,000 for each occurrence of property damage; and
   2. 2) $500,000 for each occurrence of personal injury or bodily harm.
2. b) This policy shall provide that it cannot be cancelled except upon written notification to the Division at least 30 days prior to the date of cancellation.
