1. a) Aiding or assisting another in the violation of the Act or this Part;

   1. b) Failing to satisfy a material term of a consent to administrative supervision order or consent order;
   2. c) Aiding, assisting, or facilitating another in using or appropriating credentials or a license for the purpose of preparing an appraisal report;
   3. d) Delivering an appraisal report in a manner in which the appraiser knows, or should know, that a true copy of the report will not be delivered to all intended users;
   4. e) Providing false information with regard to the completion of continuing education;
   5. f) Failure of a supervisor to sign the Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser's log, without good cause;
   6. g) Failing to exercise due care to prevent unauthorized use of their electronic signature;
   7. h) Denying an employee or contracted appraiser reasonable access to their workfile contents and/or reports without good cause;
   8. i) Failing to provide a completed report to a client for which the total agreed compensation has been received by the licensee, without good cause;

2. j) Transmitting an unsigned assignment result to a client;

   1. k) Theft, misappropriation, or improper use of personal property unless permission is obtained by the property owner; or
   2. l) Acting in a manner that violates or contributes to a violation of federal, State, or local antidiscrimination laws or regulations.

Dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional conduct includes, but is not limited to, the commission of any one of the following:
