1. a) Every person who makes application for a license as an auctioneer shall take and pass a written examination authorized by the Division.

2. b) Each applicant for an auctioneer license shall file an application for examination with the Division or its designated testing service. The application for examination shall include:

   1. 1) Certification that the applicant is 18 years of age; and
   2. 2) Certification of graduation from high school or equivalent (e.g., GED).
