1. a) Prior to a physician assistant performing any medical procedure or other task delegated by a collaborating physician, the collaborating physician must file with the Division notice of employment or collaboration.
2. b) At the termination of a collaborative agreement or employment of a physician assistant, the collaborating physician shall give written notice to the Division within 10 days after the termination of employment or agreement.
