1. a) Practice in accordance with the Act and this Part;

   1. b) Uphold deferral and State regulations regarding controlled substances and alcohol;
   2. c) Practice advanced practice nursing only when in functional physical and mental health;
   3. d) Practice within the scope of his/her education, knowledge, experience, training and skill;

2. e) Provide directions and assistance to those they supervise;

   1. f) Report unsafe, unethical or illegal health care practice or conditions to appropriate authorities; and
   2. g) Assume responsibility for continued professional growth and education to reflect knowledge and understanding of current care practice.
