Telehealth

Reg. 12727AUTHORITY: Implementing the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act [225 ILCS 55] and authorized by Section 2105-15(7) of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Law) [20 ILCS 2105].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists may provide services through the means of telehealth consistent with the requirements of the Telehealth Act [225 ILCS 150].
