1. a) In lieu of the disciplinary procedures contained in Section 25-10 of the Act, the Division may dispose of any violation designated in this Section by issuing a citation to the subject within six months after the Division receives notice of the violation.

2. b) The following are violations that may result in a fine through the citation process:

   1. 1) Failure to notify the Division within 14 days after any change of address in accordance with Section 5-16 of the Act;
   2. 2) Failure to maintain the cemetery in accordance with Section 20-5 of the Act. A cemetery authority maintaining a partial exemption may elect mediation under Section 1249.300 in place of accepting a citation for this violation;
   3. 3) Failure to comply with the vehicle traffic control procedures under Section 20-8 of the Act;
   4. 4) Failure to display a license in violation of Section 20-20 of the Act; or
   5. 5) Failure of a licensee to respond to a written request within 10 days in violation of Section 25-10(a)(8) of the Act.
3. c) Fines imposed under this Section shall not exceed $500 per violation.
