Conduct of Hearings

AUTHORITY: Implementing the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 [225 ILCS 447] and authorized by Sections 2105-15(7) and 2105-100(b) of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2105/2105-15(7) and 2105-100(b)].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION

Any hearing conducted by the Division pursuant to Section 45-10 of the Act shall be conducted in accordance with the Division's Rules of Practice in Administrative Hearings (68 Ill. Adm. Code 1110).
