Form of the Performance Bond
Effective Dec 2, 199620 Ill. Reg. 15683AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act [225 ILCS 720].DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
a) A surety bond;
b) A collateral bond;
c) A self-bond; or
d) A combination of any of these bonding methods.
The Department shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The Department shall allow for:
