AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Firearm Concealed Carry Act [430 ILCS 66/95] and Sections 6-103.2 and 6-103.3 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code [405 ILCS 5/6-103.2 and 6-103.3].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
The mental health facility reporting the information shall be responsible for assuring the accuracy of the information it provides to the database and shall correct any of its errors.
