Applicability

AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 2-104 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code [405 ILCS 5/2-104] and authorized by Section 5-104 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code [405 ILCS 5/5-104] and by Section 5 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act [20 ILCS 1705/5].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES

This Part shall apply to all facilities.
