Prerequisites for disbursement of funds

Reg. 10282AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 15, 34 and 34.1 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act [20 ILCS 1705/15, 34 and 34.1] and the Community Services Act [405 ILCS 30] and authorized by Section 5-104 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code [405 ILCS 5/5-104] and Section 5 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act [20 ILCS 1705/5].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES

a) Agencies are required to submit a continuation application for the forthcoming year prior to commencement of the fiscal year, within timeframes as established by and using forms prescribed by the Department.
b) Agencies are further required to submit a full agency plan for the Department's review and approval within timeframes as established by and using forms prescribed by the Department.
