Withdrawal Of Appeal
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 239, 409, 500, 604, 612, 700, 701, 702, 703, 705, 706, 800, 801, 803, 804, 805, 1000, 1001, 1002, 1004, 1200, 1502.4, 1700, 1701, 2300, 2301, 2302 and 2304 of the Unemployment Insurance Act [820 ILCS 405].DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY
The appellant may voluntarily withdraw his appeal by signed written statement filed with the Referee or by oral statement on the record at any time before the Referee's decision is issued. All parties will receive written notice of the withdrawal.
