Definitions
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 46.41 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, par. 46.41) and Sections 4 and 301-317 of the Job Training Partnership Act (P.L. 97-300, effective October 13, 1982 (29 U.S.C. 1501), as amended by P.L. 97-404, effective December 31, 1982 (42 U.S.C. 602); P.L. 99-496, effective October 16, 1986 (29 U.S.C. 1501); P.L. 99-570, effective October 27, 1986 (21 U.S.C. 801); and P.L. 100-418, effective August 23, 1988 (20 U.S.C. 5001)) and authorized by Sections 46.40(b) and 46.42 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, pars. 46.40(b) and 46.42).DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
For the purpose of this Part, the terms and definitions specified in Section 4 of the Job Training Partnership Act (Act) (29 U.S.C. 1501) and 56 Ill. Adm. Code 2600.20 are applicable.
