1. a) Basic Requirement

   When an authorized government representative asks for the records kept under this Subpart B, the employer shall provide copies of the records within 4 business hours.

2. b) Implementation Authorized representatives of the IDOL Director conducting an inspection or investigation under the Act have the right to obtain copies of injury and illness records.
