1. a) The initial application to register a day and temporary labor service agency must be accompanied by a $3,000 fee for each agency and a $750 fee for each branch office or other location where the agency regularly contracts with day or temporary laborers for services.
2. b) The application for renewal of registration for a day and temporary labor service agency must be accompanied by a $3,000 fee for each agency and a $750 fee for each branch office or other location where the agency regularly contracts with day or temporary laborers for services.
3. c) The fee to initially apply for, or renew, a registration may be paid by certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to the Illinois Department of Labor, or by the State Treasurer's E-Pay program or any successor program. [820 ILCS 175/45]
4. d) The fee to initially apply for, or renew, a registration is not refundable.
